Meet Ajapo Peter Chongolo And Akwina John Mtitu from Igima Secondary School, who are developing their project: "Assessment of Bacterial Contamination of Fresh Fruit Juices Sold By Local Vendors in Njombe Town".
This study aims to assess bacterial contamination in fresh fruit juices sold by local vendors in njombe town. Juice samples will be collected and analysed using standard microbiological methods to determine the presence of bacterial contaminants and evaluate their microbiological quality. The findings are expected to provide information on the safety of locally sold fruit juices and promote improved hygiene and public health practices.
By combining scientific investigation with practical problem-solving, these students are demonstrating how innovative research can contribute to community well-being and sustainable development.
