As we continue the Road to YST 2026, we celebrate Amina Twaha Ismail and Sarah Sixmound Kayanda of Inspire Secondary School, recipients of the UDSM Special Silver Award.
Their project, "The Future of Sagare Sand Mining," highlighted the importance of balancing economic activity with environmental sustainability.
We thank the University of Dar es Salaam for supporting young researchers and inspiring the next generation of scientists and innovators.
