As we count down to YST 2026, we celebrate the Third Place winners in Biological Sciences, Isaya Josephat Makoye and Buberwa Brevius Ngemela of Tabora Boys Secondary School.
Their project, "Biochemical Analysis of Artemisia Annua Herb as the Quick Remedy for Efficiently Boosting Immunity for People with Low Immunity, Especially HIV Victims," explored the potential of natural remedies to improve health and wellbeing.
Their achievement reflects the innovation, creativity and determination that define Young Scientists Tanzania.
