Outreach Activities
On the 5th and 6th of July, the director of YST, Dr. Kamugisha Gozibert visited some teachers and students on Zanzibar. They were from:
- Mwanakwelekwe
- Lumumba
- Fidel Castro
Kamugisha remarked that Unguja and Pemba have very strong science traditions. " I remember reading about the science camps that were started here in 1988 introducing an inquiry approach to teaching science. We are happy to build on this history and YST is delighted that these schools are taking part in our competition. I wish them the best of luck!"
